Rivers and lakes in Mali and Ghana





The major river in Mali is the Niger River. It provides with food, water,and transportation. The Senegal River separates Mali from Senegal.

The rivers in Ghana are drained by a large number of steams and rivers. Ghana has two huge man made lakes, the Volta lake, and Lake Bosumtwi is southeast of Kumasi which has no out lit to the sea. If you look at the Ghana map, you can sea all the river and lakes. There the Par River, Ofin River, Anum River, Birim River, and lake volta.
